Sadly, we regret to inform you that we may not be able to assist if you have sent tokens from the Polygon network to an exchange/wallet which is not supported.
Here is what an exchange needs to do in this case (although not sure how much flexibility the support executives have to execute this). Assuming the exchange support executive has access to the account’s private keys, they can transfer the funds from their account on Polygon to your (the user’s) address on Polygon.
It’s important to note that you shouldn’t send funds directly to exchanges that support only Ethereum. The correct procedure is you have to first withdraw from Polygon to Ethereum and then send it to your exchange address.
