Universe Finance is an active liquidity management platform of Uniswap V3 based on risk ranking and quantitative strategies.
Our mission is to maximise our users’ Uniswap V3 return, depending on their risk-tolerance and accordingly to their needs. Universe Finance has provided a series of products and some proactive liquidity management tools to meet challenges such as increased risk, expensive gas fees, the timing and frequency of rebalancing and reinvestment.
Currently, the liquidity management dApp of Universe Finance is working on both Ethereum and Polygon chain, taking advantage of the current boom of the V3 protocol, provided by the Uniswap team.
The total TVL (Total Value Locked) on Universe’s platform is at over $4m in just 3 months from launch, showcasing the interest of the users in a secure, reliable liquidity management platform. With the current and upcoming partnerships, the TVL goal of the platform in 2022 is to be at over $100m.

What’s the difference between Universe Finance and other Uni-V3 LP management programs?
**There are three main differences:**
(1) Universe’s yields remain high and stable for a long time.
(2) Universe only charges 5%-10% performance fees (only when our strategies profits). There is no redemption fee, management fee, and other fees.
(3) Universe offers more products to meet different needs. In addition to our LP management vaults, we also have a hedge vault (under development) and leverage vault (under development). And we have already developed a private smart vault for high-net-worth and institutional users. The private vault is a highly secure version of the smart vault, protecting users’ funds through various security mechanisms.

**Our latest product – Leveraged Vaults (available on Polygon)**
The leveraged vault is built on top of the lending vault. It is designed for users who are risk-seeking. Investors who are able to afford the impermanent loss are seeking relatively higher yields. They can use the leveraged vault to amplify their returns. After investors using leveraged vaults to borrow assets from lending vaults, Universe Finance will integrate the borrowed tokens and their own money to provide liquidity in the Uni-V3 smart vaults on Universe Finance. The U-Tokens (the certificate to prove how much you deposit in a smart vault) will be used as collateral.
